Peanut Sauce Recipe

This easy, Asian-inspired peanut sauce is a mouthwatering combination of peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chilis and other spices.

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender in container to puree until smooth. Add more milk to desired consistency if too thick. Season to taste.
  • Serve at room temperature with chopped peanuts on top. Keeps for 7 days refrigerated.

  1. You can use chunky peanut butter, but after blitzing in the blender I just use creamy and add more crunchy, chopped peanuts after.
